Jo works with individuals, teams and organizations on four core areas of leadership development:
As an executive coach, Jo helps professionals develop an awareness of their performance, and identify areas with the potential to radically improve results. She works with executives and senior leaders to articulate their vision and better engage their team, helping clients identify key strengths, create a clear vision and strategic plan and enroll others in that vision. Clients sharpen these skills and learn through strategic action with Jo’s ongoing feedback, troubleshooting and accountability.
In an increasingly complex market and workplace, Jo works with leaders to shift how they manage time, tasks and people, building a culture of purpose and autonomy. She also helps leaders increase their ability to motivate others through enhanced communication skills and greater interpersonal fluency.
