Our corporate coaches support — and challenge — leaders in reaching new levels of performance and results.

Corporate coaching engagements are generally contracted in six-month intervals and include our 2-day Leadership Development Workshop series.. Sessions are offered virtually over Zoom or via phone.

Our corporate coaching process includes:

  • A half-day initial assessment to deeply understand the executive’s personal and professional history and current environment
  • Communication styles assessment and debrief
  • Participation in two full-day leadership development workshops: Accountability Mirror™ and Leading Lightly
  • Pre-coaching qualitative and quantitative 360° live phone interviews, ideally involving the leader’s supervisor, peers and direct reports to set a baseline for performance, including an in-depth debrief with both the executive and their supervisor
  • Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to target the leader’s individual perceptual, developmental and leadership needs
  • Post-coaching qualitative and quantitative 360° live phone or on-site interviews with the same key stakeholders to measure performance improvement
